Mission

Are you an experienced design professional with a passion for construction? 

Join our dynamic team as a Design Coordinator and play a key role in the delivery of high-quality construction projects. You will act as a bridge between the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and seamless project execution.


Your main tasks:

  • Manage and coordinate the design process across all phases of construction.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity and quality are maintained.
  • Oversee design deliverables, ensuring that they meet project specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Facilitate design meetings, review progress, and ensure that design information is communicated accurately.
  • Resolve design-related issues and proactively manage potential risks.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to design progress.
  • Manage Viewpoint and any trackers required.
  • Ensure the consultant team have the relevant information the site in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Design Manager / Senior Design Manager in managing the consultant information release schedule / programme through the project.

Profile

Your profile:

You have proven experience in design coordination or a similar role within the construction industry.


Your assets?

  • Strong knowledge of construction design processes and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on track and within scope.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Appetite for learning and gaining experience.
  • A degree or relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
