Our employees’ stories
I started in July 2023 as a Cost Controller with the Group on a 13-month fixed-term contract. I spent my first three months at our headquarters in Rennes before moving to London. The variety of tasks,
autonomy, and the hands-on nature of the role led me to continue my journey with a permanent contract in London.
An apprenticeship is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on workplace experience while achieving a degree in construction management. It offers the perfect balance between university learning and on-site work, which has been both challenging and rewarding. In such a short period, I’ve gained a wealth of practical skills and knowledge, which has exceeded my expectations and greatly enhanced my understanding of the industry.
I joined the Legendre Group in 2021, drawn to an exciting project and the opportunity to work for a company renowned for its expertise and innovative approach.
