You have the right to not be subject to automated decision making, if this results in legal or other significant effects on you.

· inform you if your request is not applicable, and give the reasons why
· endeavour to act on your request within the statutory time period, usually 1 calendar month
· let you know if more time is needed to respond to your request

HOW DO WE HANDLE JOB APPLICANT DATA
Legendre UK Limited will use your personal information as outlined here to manage applications for employment with the company.
This information applies only to the application and selection process.
WHAT INFORMATION WE NEED
When you apply to a vacancy, the following information is collected:
· name
· contact details (email address, phone number, postal address)
· past employment and educational history
· any personal information mentioned on your CV or application
· referee details in some cases
You will also be asked to provide equality, diversity and inclusion information such as:
· religion
· ethnic group
· gender identity
· sexual orientation
If you are invited for an interview:
· you may also be asked if you have any accessibility or other needs
· interview records will be created
If you are successful and receive an offer of employment, more personal information will be needed such as:
· proof of identity and right to work in the UK
· bank details
· information about your health

Your information is stored securely on the DigitalRecruiters software, published by the company BANKESS, to share job offers and to collect and manage applications.
Who we share your information with
Legendre UK uses the following processors:
· Pension providers
· UK Visa and Immigration
· Recruitment agencies
· Recruitment management providers, (CEGIC, TalentSoft)
· Occupational health providers
· Other organisations for pre-employment
How long we keep your information
We will keep your personal information for as long it is needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. It will be kept in accordance with our information management policy and retention schedule.
