Mission

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful construction projects?

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing and dynamic team. If you have a proven ability to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and Health & Safety standards, we want you on our team!


Your main duties:

  • Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues or delays, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

Profile

Your profile: 

You have proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry. You have already completed few projects from start to finish.


Your assets?

  • In-depth knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Appetite for learning and gaining experience
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field (preferred).
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent, First Aid, and relevant CSCS card.
