Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager looking for your next challenge?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Site Manager to join our growing and dynamic team in London. If you have a proven track record in managing construction projects, leading teams, and delivering results on time and within budget, and if you want to have a real impact, we want to hear from you!Your main duties:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
- Oversee and manage site teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers, maintaining excellent working relationships.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues, and report to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, site procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment to ensure timely availability for site activities.
- Manage the budget for site operations, minimizing costs while maintaining quality.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or delays, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
Profile
Your profile:
You have proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in the construction industry. You have already completed few projects from the beginning to the completion.Your assets?
- In-depth knowledge of construction standards.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Appetite for learning and gaining experience
- A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field (preferred).
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent, First Aid, and relevant CSCS card.

The London head office is based near Chancery Lane tube station. This lively neighbourhood gives you the opportunity to fully enjoy the London experience. You will be based on one of our construction site based in London.
