We are looking for an experience Project Director to lead the successful delivery of construction projects. You will take overall responsibility for operational, commercial and financial performance, while leading high-performing teams and building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a construction leader to shape project delivery, drive continuous improvement and make a lasting impact across the business.


Your main duties:

  • Lead project delivery from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Drive operational and commercial performance, overseeing budgets, costs, margins, forecasts, risks, programmes and contractual requirements.
  • Lead and develop project teams, ensuring effective resource planning, mobilisation, collaboration and high performance.
  • Manage key relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as a senior representative of the Company.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation, challenging existing processes and construction methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost and programme.
  • Ensure compliance and responsible delivery, maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, governance, CSR and sustainability across projects.

You are a strategic, commercially minded and hands-on construction leader ready to join a growing company and make an impact.

 

Your assets?

  • Senior construction experience with a proven track record delivering projects from mobilisation through to completion, ideally within a main contractor environment.
  • Strong commercial and operational expertise
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
  • Strategic and pragmatic approach, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strong commitment to Health & Safety and quality, with excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
