Mission

Are you a proactive, highly organised and experienced Office Manager? Do you like to keep things smoothly? Join our new office in Guernsey as an Office Manager and be at the heart of our construction site.

You will coordinate everything related to the site and will support the team delivering the project on time and on budget.

Part-time will be considered for this position.

 

Your main duties:

  • Manage day-to-day running of the office, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment and services (IT, facilities, internet)
  • Implement and improve office systems and procedures to support the construction team
  • Manage and monitor the project team Sharepoint
  • Liaise with the Office Managers based in Jersey, UK and France
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including local authorities
  • Manage invoicing and any queries in relation to accounting

Profil

You have proven experience as an Office Manager in the construction industry or any other industry.

Your assets?

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office package, Sharepoint.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work to tight deadlines as and when required.
  • Pro-active.
  • Having a positive mindset
